{"id":157918,"date":"2021-04-30T16:33:02","date_gmt":"2021-04-30T14:33:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reassurez-moi.fr\/guide\/?page_id=157918"},"modified":"2026-02-02T16:00:17","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T15:00:17","slug":"incapacite-permanente","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/guide-preprod.top-secret-rm.com\/guide\/mutuelle-sante\/lexique\/incapacite-permanente","title":{"rendered":"Mutuelle sant\u00e9 &#8211; Lexique &#8211; Incapacit\u00e9 permanente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"incapacite-permanente\">Incapacit\u00e9 permanente<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 permanente qualifie la perte d\u00e9finitive de la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une personne \u00e0 travailler, suite \u00e0 une maladie professionnelle ou \u00e0 un accident du travail.<\/strong> On parle parfois, selon les contrats d&rsquo;assurance, d&rsquo;invalidit\u00e9 permanente ou d&rsquo;inaptitude. <br><br><strong>Apr\u00e8s une maladie professionnelle ou un accident du travail, et si vos s\u00e9quelles le justifie, l&rsquo;Assurance maladie vous attribue un taux d&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 permanente.<\/strong> S&rsquo;il est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 %, vous pourrez b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier  d&rsquo;une compensation sous forme de capital. S&rsquo;il est sup\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 10 %, vous pourrez toucher une rente d&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 permanente.
