Cet \u00e9tat est <strong>irr\u00e9versible et n\u00e9cessite l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une tierce personne<\/strong> pour effectuer les actes de la vie courante (comme en cas de <a href=\"https:\/\/reassurez-moi.fr\/guide\/mutuelle-sante\/soin-palliatif\">soins de fin de vie<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>On appelle aussi l&rsquo;IAD la perte totale et irr\u00e9versible d&rsquo;autonomie (PTIA). <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;IAD correspond a une invalidit\u00e9 de cat\u00e9gorie 3 de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et, si constat\u00e9e avant 65 ans, <strong>ouvre droit au versement d&rsquo;une allocation<\/strong> qui fera office de revenu de remplacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dans le cadre d&rsquo;un contrat de pr\u00e9voyance<\/strong>, l&rsquo;IAD donne \u00e9galement droit \u00e0 une indemnisation vers\u00e9e sous forme de rente ou de capital (attention toutefois au d\u00e9lai de carence).
